ABOUT OUR MUGS
Our 11 oz. white mugs are made of ceramic and can be customized with any picture, logo, or design you send us. You can also include text on your mugs. 
•Pictures and text can be printed on one or two sides of the mug. 
•Each mug is custom made to order and are designed and shipped from the US
•Pictures, designs, and text are fused directly on the mug.
•Our mugs are dishwasher (top rack)  and microwave safe
Mugs are a great way to make a statement or give as gifts.  You can even get custom mugs made for special events. Mugs are perfect for: birthdays, graduations, baby showers, gender reveals, anniversaries, bachelorette parties, team logos, football, basketball, school team spirit, teacher appreciation, clubs, organization, family reunions, church groups, business marketing, and so much more.
 
There may be a slight variance in color due to the handcrafted nature of our designs as well as the different settings in monitor displays.
 
ORDERING PROCESS
•Orders are processed in the order they are received and payment approved. 
•Send the image you’d like to use, using the Attach feature on Etsy Chat or email us the image to shopkbdl@gmail.com. 
•Please include an order number when you contact us via email, or your order may be delayed. 
•Type the personalized message exactly as you would like it on the mug. Please make sure all spelling is correct. We do not edit, we simply copy and paste text as it is written.
 
CUSTOM DESIGN 
Don’t have an image? We can help you make one for a small fee. We have years of experience creating graphics. Click here to purchase a custom design.

SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING
• Processing time ranges from 1 to 5 business days for most orders
•Shipping takes 4-7 days through USPS First Class Shipping and 1-3 days through USPS Priority Mail 
•All orders ship with tracking and delivery confirmation through USPS
•If you provide the wrong address and your order is returned to me, you will be responsible for paying for shipping to resend the order.
•FREE SHIPPING on US orders over $35
•Shipping charges are non-refundable
•If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade your turnaround time for a small fee. Click here to rush your order, for a small fee.
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Due to U.S. Customs, international orders can take 7-21 business days to receive. International customers, please be patient and let us know when your order has arrived.
